Our reception team answers calls Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If we’re busy, you can leave a message and we’ll call you back.

For psychiatrists, GPs, and organisations, please email referral letters or reports securely to in**@********************co.uk. We’ll confirm receipt and discuss next steps with you if needed.

What happens after you contact us?

  • We read your message carefully – it isn’t triaged by a chatbot.
  • We match you with one or two clinicians who are a good fit for your needs, preferences, and availability.
  • We offer the earliest suitable appointment times and answer any questions you may have.
  • There’s no pressure to book immediately – you can take your time deciding what feels right.

Many people contact us feeling unsure or overwhelmed. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear ‘label’ for what you’re going through. A few sentences in your own words are enough to start the process.

Urgent support

If you need urgent help or feel at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or NHS 24 (111), or attend your local A&E. We are not able to offer crisis or same-day emergency support via this contact form.
