About our work together
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck can make everyday life feel like an uphill struggle. I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can make sense of your challenges and develop practical strategies to feel calmer, more in control, and better equipped to move forward.
With over 13 years of experience in mental health, I specialise in helping adults work through anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and the stresses of major life changes. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques, always tailored to your individual needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour, and build healthier ways of coping so that you can live with greater confidence and clarity.
I have experience working with, but not limited to:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Stress
- OCD
- Trauma
- Sleep difficulties
- Low self-esteem
- Confidence issues
- Perfectionism
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
Alongside English, I also work fluently in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. Many clients find this makes therapy feel more natural, comfortable, and culturally sensitive, especially when expressing feelings that are sometimes difficult to put into words.
If you’re ready to take the first step towards feeling better, I’d be glad to support you. Please get in touch to arrange an initial appointment.
