BACP Registered Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Nazia, a Cognitive Behavioural and Integrative Psychotherapist based in Glasgow. With over 13 years of experience in mental health, I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I’m multilingual and able to offer therapy in English, Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi - so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and comfortable to you. As someone with South Asian heritage, I also bring lived experience and cultural understanding to my work, which many clients find reassuring and relatable.

I specialise in CBT but draw from a range of approaches, always tailoring therapy to suit your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or low, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through, develop practical tools, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I know how hard it can be to reach out especially when life already feels heavy. But you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy with me is gentle, collaborative, and paced in a way that feels right for you.

Areas I Work With (but not limited to):

• Anxiety and panic

• Depression and low mood

• Stress and burnout

• Low self-esteem and confidence

• Relationship difficulties

• Domestic violence and narcissistic abuse

• Trauma

• OCD and intrusive thoughts

• Phobias and fears

• Grief and loss

• Body image issues

My fee is £70 per session and I accept most major medical insurance providers.
