Hello, I’m Adele, and I’m a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages, providing compassionate support and evidence-based therapies to address anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My journey began with young people, helping 16–25-year-olds manage severe emotion regulation difficulties through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I then expanded my practice to include adults facing a wide range of mental health issues. Currently, I work with individuals of all ages, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
I have a broad range of expertise, including working with children and young people with acquired brain injury and neurodevelopmental conditions, as well as adults dealing with complex mental health needs, chronic pain, coronary heart disease, and diabetes. My areas of specialty include treating stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, relationship difficulties, insomnia, and adjustment challenges.
Understanding that starting therapy can be daunting, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns and develop a better understanding of your difficulties. Together, we will work on building the skills and strategies needed to help you move forward and thrive.
I offer a free 10-minute consultation to help ease any initial nerves and to see if we would be a good fit for each other. My fee is £120 per session, and I accept referrals from most major medical insurance providers.
